  2. Parcel Deliveries: We do not offer refunds for parcels that have been successfully delivered. In the rare event of breakages or damages during transit, please contact us with photographic evidence, and we will review the situation on a case-by-case basis.
  3. Grocery Deliveries: Refunds are not available for groceries that have been delivered. We recommend carefully reviewing your order before checkout to ensure accuracy.
  4. Cancellation Policy: Orders can be canceled before they are processed by our delivery partners. Once an order has been processed, cancellation may not be possible. Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel an order.
